These Website Terms ("Terms") apply when you use https://thecooknests.com (the "Site"), run by The Cook Nests. Using the Site means you accept these Terms. If you don't accept them, please don't use the Site.
1. What the Site offers
The Site offers free recipes for two, cooking guides, a recipe scaler and free starter plans on request. We don't sell food, kitchen products, classes or subscriptions. We may add, change or remove features at any time.
2. Starter plans
Starter plans are free, general dinner suggestions based on what you tell us and on our published recipes. They are not medical, nutrition or dietary advice, and we can't guarantee that any recipe suits your individual needs. We try to reply within the time stated on the request page but cannot promise to. You must be at least 18 and give accurate information to make a request.
3. Recipe scaler
The scaler performs simple arithmetic on the text you enter. Results are approximate, and you are responsible for checking quantities, particularly in baking.
4. Your conduct
Don't misuse the Site — for example by sending fake or automated requests, trying to access non-public areas, disrupting the Site, or copying content at scale.
5. Ownership of content
Recipe instructions, articles, illustrations, tools, design and branding on the Site belong to The Cook Nests or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view, print and save pages for your own non-commercial use and share links. Reproducing or distributing our content in any other way requires our written consent.
6. Links and advertising
The Site may include third-party ads and links. We aren't responsible for third-party sites, products or services.
